Basis and purpose

In accordance with the "Business Continuity Plan" and through the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Gudeng systematically identifies potential risks that threaten the organization, and establishes specific and feasible related contingency mechanisms to ensure that Gudeng has the ability to respond to major events, risks and disasters, reduce the impact of potential risks on the continuity of operations, and achieve the goal of continuous business operations.

Range

Gudeng's potential strategic risks, financial risks, operating risks and hazard risks, etc., are all within the scope of the plan's identification, evaluation, response and continuous monitoring.

Work Flow

1. Project planning and data collection
2. Risk assessment and review
3. Risk contingency plan development
4. Develop and establish an operating sustainability plan
5. Training and awareness
6. Tests and exercises
7. Implementation review

Kick-off Time:

1. Carry out the business sustainability plan in the fourth quarter of each year, and implement all the plans.
2. Regular review at the target meeting every year.
3. When the external environment affects and risks drastically change, start the plan immediately.
