Restriction of the use of Hazardous Substance Policy

GUDENG Precision adheres to environmental regulations across various countries and the requirements of stakeholders by strictly controlling the use of raw materials and packaging materials. In compliance with the RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation, the company regulates substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, phthalates, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), which are restricted or banned.

For chemicals that do not yet have clear scientific evidence proving irreversible harm, the company applies a precautionary principle, actively assessing whether they should be classified as restricted or banned substances. If suitable and safe alternatives are available, they will be prioritized. If no alternatives are currently available, the company will continue investing in research and evaluation to comply with environmental protection and human health principles, ultimately achieving sustainability goals.
