Employee Care






The company complies with relevant labor laws and regulations, respects the internationally recognized principles of basic labor human rights, protects the legitimate rights and interests of employees and employment policies without discrimination, etc., and establishes appropriate management methods, procedures and implementation。


The Company has established employee handbooks in accordance with the Labor Law and related laws and regulations, and holds regular labor-management meetings in accordance with regulations。



 

The company provides a safe and healthy working environment for employees, and regularly implements safety and health education for employees。

Formulate safety and health work codes in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and in conjunction with labor representatives, stipulating safety and health management matters for employees to follow; The Occupational Safety and Health Committee is set up, which is jointly attended by representatives of labor agents, and meets regularly every quarter to jointly maintain workplace safety and health and adhere to the concept of continuous improvement。

The Company has a Customer Relations Committee to handle customer-related grievance procedures and regularly submits customer complaints to the Chairman and General Manager for improvement。



 

The company works with suppliers to promote corporate social responsibility。


The Company actively participates in public welfare activities and regularly invites suppliers to participate in grand occasions, including nursery care activities and donation activities for natural wind disasters, and suppliers are enthusiastically involved in responding。
