Qualified suppliers are selected according to the following principles, and suppliers are required to meet specifications and comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct：

• Raw material, material supply and process-critical manufacturers should pass ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
• Factory and related operations contractors should obtain ISO 45001 occupational safety and health management system certification.
• Local suppliers should have qualified factory registration certificate and ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.
• The Company prohibits any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion and other illegal practices. All transactions should be completed in a transparent state, and this requirement should be clearly specified in the supplier contract.

The company conducts audits and coaching for suppliers, finds problems early and makes improvements, formulates improvement plans for audit deficiencies, jointly improves quality and technology, achieves refined processes and yields, and ensures compliance with environmental protection, safety and hygiene standards.

The company issues a questionnaire every year, asking suppliers to conduct self-assessment on issues such as quality, integrity and ethics, environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and labor rights, and propose improvement plans. The Supply Chain Management Department evaluates and feeds back to suppliers, and formulates counseling as needed Plan to help improve.

The topics of the questionnaire survey and supplier evaluation include production yield, energy saving and carbon reduction, water pollution prevention and control, waste reduction, workplace safety and hygiene, employee health, climate change, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and ethical compliance, etc.

The company holds a supplier conference every year to communicate with suppliers on product quality requirements, integrity and moral requirements and business philosophy, and commend suppliers who have passed the evaluation and have performed well in quality, cost improvement, accurate delivery and sustainable environmental protection.
