Provides an 800 × 920 mm TFT-LCD reticle shipping box for use by glass and photomask manufacturers. Both the top and bottom covers are made with integrated injection molding and feature a flat exterior surface to prevent particle accumulation during transport and to facilitate air-blow cleaning. The box is made from anti-static materials to protect reticle from ESD (electrostatic discharge) damage.
