Gudeng Precision was published on the OTC market in 2011. ESG is a global development trend in recent years. However, after the establishment of Gudeng. we have continued to devote ourselves to waste recycling, employee talent cultivation, and leading employees to participate in public welfare activities in correctional institutions. In 2022, we not only won the National Talent Development Award, but also won the Taiwan Sustainable Energy Foundation Gold Award for the sustainable target policy and performance mentioned in the first published sustainability report.
Now, low-carbon transformation and smart manufacturing are our mission. We have built a 50MW solar power plant, developed fishery and electricity symbiosis, and strived to implement RE100 by 2030 to achieve 100% use of renewable energy.
What’s more, Gudeng has also set an example by leading 10 supply chain partners and formulating 86 energy improvement plans. In 2022, it has successfully reduced carbon emissions by 1,160 tons and saved electricity by 2.3 million kWh.
In 2023, we will further formulate a two-year plan. Expand the guidance on carbon inventory of supply chain partners, with the goal of reducing carbon emissions by 20,000 tons.
